8 Dwain Chambers' future became even more uncertain yesterday when a leading promoter said that a legal challenge would not help him find a race on the European Grand Prix circuit. The Euromeetings Group, representing 46 promoters, has stated that no athletes who have served a two-year doping ban will ever be invited to compete in its events. The move follows the high-profile doping cases of the American sprinters, Marion Jones and Justin Gatlin, who earned millions of dollars on the circuit before they were banned.
