USATF National Secretary Lynn Cannon has been one of the most vocal proponents of reform in recent months. At the USATF Associations workshop on August 23, 2008, in Indianapolis, Cannon made several serious allegations about members of the USATF Board of Directors. Most pointedly, Cannon accused three committee chairs, all board members, of what she called “financial mismanagement” without naming them.
