A qualified Physiotherapist and wannabe rock star, who once dreamed of being an Astronaut – this lady is anything but an average Jo!

She has a refreshing enthusiasm for life, but looking to the future, she is getting ready for a beach-side retirement, where she and her husband can raise a family, surf all day and listen to U2 on her super-cool I-pod.
