ROUND ROCK – Highland Park sophomore Sara Sutherland measured the path at Old Settlers Park carefully, right down to her sweet spot on the course.

Sure enough, once she reached the marker indicating that 800 meters remained in the race, Sutherland let her talent finish the deal.
