ARE YOU OVER SOYED?

It's protein-packed and nutrient-dense, but can you have too much of a good bean?

Got soy? Probably. Maybe you eat soy milk with your cereal, a veggie burger for lunch, or a postworkout soy-protein energy bar. Maybe you add soy protein to your smoothie or order soy milk in your latte. Even if you don't consciously choose soy, it's in your diet; most manufacturers use forms of the protein-dense bean as extenders and oils in cereals, breads, pastas, pretzels, and even cheeses.
